The French Blood Establishment (EFS) and the volunteers of the local blood donation association are satisfied. Donors came in large numbers during the last collection. 224 bags of blood were collected, 28 of which were taken from new donors. Among them, Valentine, Thomas, Yann and Romain, four young members of Civil Protection accompanied by their coach Loutfi Chakhs, departmental delegate for youth and sports of the Pyrénées-Orientales, responsible for communication.
Stéphane Paya, president of the association of blood donors greets all the people who participated in this beautiful result and is preparing with all the members for the next blood donor collection. Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 June for the occurrent World Blood Donor Day.
