To maintain optimal levels of platelets and blood reserves, a blood donation campaign organized by the Tissue and Cell Transfusion Center of Seville will be held at the Town Hall on Friday 14 October, with the collaboration of the Sacramental Confraternities and Rocío de Tomares.
Under the motto “If you are hot blooded, donate it”, the Transfusion Center invites the residents of Tomares to actively participate, show solidarity with the campaign and come and donate. Blood from all blood groups is needed.
The requirements for donating blood are to weigh more than 50 kilos, not to fast, to be in good health, to carry an identity card and the mandatory use of a mask. It should be borne in mind that a minimum period of two months must be respected between donation and donation and it is recommended not to exercise between 8 and 12 hours before.
