The members of the Amicale auscitaine for voluntary blood donation as well as the president of the association Georges Deluc “thank the donors who presented themselves at the Auch collection sites in 2021”.
3,808 people went to the Maison du don, located within the grounds of the hospital centre, 546 Gersois opted for the Salle des Cordeliers, 3, rue Camille-Desmoulins, or took part in a collection in their high school. 97 first donations were recorded.
The team of the association wishes its best wishes to all the population. “Let us continue to mobilize, to make this civic and generous gesture that is the donation, because the blood stocks are very low (10,000 donations are needed every day)”, recalls Georges Deluc.
The next blood drives in Auch will take place in the Cordeliers room from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., on February 16 and 17. The following will take place on May 11 and 12.
