Blood donation appointment in Flehingen: 204 people donating blood

Oberderdingen-Flehingen (kn) The DRK local association Flehingen would like to thank the 204 people who voluntarily and free of charge donated blood for sick and injured fellow human beings in the New Castle Garden Hall on February 7th. The association is particularly pleased that twelve people took part in a blood donation campaign for the first time. This emerges from a message from the DRK Flehingen.

193 blood bags

As with the previous events, this time, in addition to the helpers from the local association, two blood donation teams from the blood donation center in Baden-Baden ensured that the campaign ran without incident and without long waiting times. At the end of the day, the two teams were allowed to take a total of 193 canned goods to Baden-Baden. Eleven people could not be admitted to donate blood for medical reasons. But like all other donors, they too were allowed to enjoy the snack at home, which consisted of a crispy roasted half chicken.
