Former Pigier Bénin students innovate in the economic capital of Benin. They organized a blood donation session yesterday to replenish the blood banks and give hope to the sick. A humanitarian approach followed by a conference-debate on employability for the benefit of young students of Pigier Bénin. Gathered within the Pigier-Benin-Alumni Network, the executives from this benchmark higher school are thus making their mark through the implementation of their network’s roadmap. On the occasion, the president of the Pigier-Bénin-Alumni Network, Roland Kpéhounton did not run out of words to express his satisfaction: “ I am very happy with the holding of the first edition of the Pigier-Bénin-Alumni days. . With this blood donation operation, a void will certainly be filled in the blood banks…. Also, employability is the attitude, the ability of a student to integrate into professional life …. We want to bring the student to understand and accept what is today called labor mobility, versatility, adaptation to change, to the transformation of the professional world. ” Roland Kpéhounton could not be clearer: We pose the act of generosity of blood donation for the benefit of the Benin community so that our children, our women, our sisters, our brothers who need this precious liquid find it in the blood banks. This is what justifies the call of the head of the blood collection team at Pigier Bénin, Honoré Hounkanrin to anyone of good will to come and support the initiative of the Pigier-Benin-Alumni Network by giving a little of his blood.
