For that cause, as reported on Tuesday The Daypolice, activists and residents of the cities close to the highway part that’s blocked have proven solidarity with the drivers to whom they carry water, meals and even medication.
To do that, they traveled on bikes or on foot, carrying baskets with tamales, desserts, tacos, bottles of water and tender drinks.
In some images uploaded to the web by the identical affected drivers, it’s seen that vehicles approaching from off the highway carry packages of water bottles and desserts to motorists.
In one other picture, a person pulls a wheeled cart with packages of water bottles, adopted by his little lady.
At night time, Hidalgo state police introduced tamales and distributed them to motorists for dinner.
