Blizzard’s PR Scandals & Activist Discontent: Issues with Representation in World of Warcraft

In recent years, experts from Blizzard have been making efforts to represent various communities, but activists still find reasons for discontent

Blizzard continues to get into various PR scandals. This time, people with an active lifestyle are hooked on the “orc fatigue” that the creators of World of Warcraft mentioned.

Simple logic: For some reason Blizzard isn’t tired of the “whites” (alliance), but yes, of the “non-whites” (orcs):

«Blizzard will never tell players that they are “tired” of Alliance races or Alliance themes (read: Western/European fantasy).

The developers have already told us that they are “tired” of the Horde (read: non-Western/non-white fantasy) races and themes, namely orcs and trolls.

Until either

1) we won’t get an apology for them saying that ****** [чушь]

Or

2) they won’t talk about being tired of the night elves, Anduin or anything like that,

we’re at a dead end.

Because MY choice of faction/race and MY heritage/culture used to build the world is seen as inferior to yours [Западными / Европейскими-белыми]».
