It’s been years since I played Overwatch, but that hasn’t stopped me from enjoying every single animation Blizzard makes to give us more story. Most of them are both extremely impressive to look at and tell fascinating stories. The newest one even added something else the internet loves: a cute dog.
The short film, titled Calling, does focus on what Sojourn did between her time as captain of Overwatch and the group’s reunion, but many will probably find it hard to focus on that when her sweet dog comes into the limelight. I have a feeling that Murphy is going to be a hot topic on the Overwatch forums for the foreseeable future after seeing her try to eat that great bagel.
