Will we see any final adjustments to the Legendaries?
There was only one change to the Legendary Balance Druid and that really was a conservative change. The development team wants to remain calm and waiting for now and make adjustments to the Legendaries in the Test Realm with the first patch coming in the future. If there is a Legendary that is far above the rest, they will possibly adjust it, but conservatively. If this Legendary requires for example a 40% adjustment to be “balanced”, they may only do it by 20% initially until the Trials Realm patch arrives and players can test it properly.
