Blizzard updates Battle.net 2.0, the new launcher makes it easier to connect with friends | 4Gamers

Blizzard Entertainment today updated its game launcher “Battle.Net” (Battle.Net) version 2.0 in North America. This is also the largest update to Battle.net in several years.

Since 1996’s “Diablo”, Battle.net has been the online connection platform of Blizzard Games. Now in addition to becoming the launcher of all Blizzard games, it also includes Activision Blizzard games, such as the “Destiny 2” and “Decisive Hour” series.

Blizzard has released this version to users participating in the test a few months ago. In addition to the interface changes, the new Battle.net 2.0 has also expanded the friends and news pages, and added a notification center to let you know the messages from friends and the download status of the game more quickly. At the same time, additional functions have been added, allowing players to operate the entire launcher with only the keyboard.

At present, Battle.net 2.0 has been launched in North America and will continue to expand to other countries.
