Even now, a week after its release, Overwatch 2 is full of bugs and glitches. Therefore, Blizzard works around the clock to fix all the problems in the game. But unfortunately, when trying to fix the ultimate with Bastion glitchesand the numerous bugs with Torbjörn, have accidentally blocked several heroes. Forgive me Blizzard, but how can such a thing happen by chance?

More Overwatch 2 heroes are banned

Blizzard recently announced a one-hour maintenance, which will likely remove Bastion and Torbjörn from various game modes due to glitches and bugs. They are currently working on these issues, but by doing so they have not only locked Bastion and Torbjörn out of certain game modes, but also have they blocked half of the heroes.

The start of Overwatch 2 was a disaster and it seems that Blizzard can no longer do any good, because this problem is just one of many that people have had problems connecting to game servers, some accounts cannot be merged and trying to solve these problems, they are creating new ones.

Yesterday, many people reported this issue on Twitter after server maintenance, with half of their heroes stuck out of nowhere, and when they tried to select one of those heroes, a message appeared saying they can be unlocked “through a special challenge, a battle pass or in-game shop. Heroes that are currently unavailable to most players are D.Va, Doomfist, Roadhog, Sigma, Wrecking Ball, Ashe, Cassidy, Echo, Genji, Hanzo, Junkrat, Mei, Shadow, Symmetra, Torbjörn, Ana, Baptiste, Brigitte, Kiriko and Zenyatta. At the time of this writing (Oct 11), Blizzard had to remove Bastion from the pool.

This problem seems to have resolved itself for some people, but if your heroes are still stuck, try logging out and re-entering the game and checking for available updates. Other than that, the only thing you can do is wait for Blizzard to find a solution.
