Horns 150 cars as if Italy had just become worldsoccer champion. Bligg (43) stands on the stage, a grin on his face, his left fist triumphantly stretched out into the sky. “That is completely crazy”, the rapper is happy about the enthusiastic reaction of the fans after he sang his 2010 hit “Manhattan”.

The first drive-in open air in Switzerland started yesterday on the Autobahn in Härkingen SO. In addition to Bligg, who organized the festival, dialect rocker Baschi (33), pop musician Marc Sway (41) and the party group Stubete Gäng also created a great atmosphere. “Always keep your distance and wash your hands,” Baschi warns the audience several times. It is not necessary. Everyone adheres to the Corona protective measures in an exemplary manner.

Enjoyment of the music remains
It is fantastic to be able to stand on a stage again, enthuses Aurel Hassler (35), front man of the Stubete Gäng. Corona had changed a lot, “but this terrible virus couldn’t take away the joy of music.”

For the finale, Bligg sings the super anthem “Us Mänsch” with Sway. The fans cheer and press their horns again wildly. This appearance was a maiden voyage, says Bligg. This Sunday we continue with the open air. “That at some point everything will be as free and carefree as before.”
