Good Friday
W Lublin Cathedral will start at 9 from the Liturgy of the Hours (Hour of Readings and Lauds). At. Novena before the Feast of Divine Mercy will begin at 15.00. Holy Saturday
It is time to bless the food for the Easter table. In this case, each of the churches has its own “schedule”. In the cathedral it’s time 7, 7.30, 8, 8.30, 8.50 and every half hour from 10 to 16.
In the church Capuchin Fathers at Krakowskie Przedmieście the blessing will take place at 8-15 as the faithful arrive. IN the parish of the Lord’s Supper (al. Warszawska) every half hour from 9am to 3pm.
Easter Vigil with the Resurrection procession in Lublin Cathedral will begin on Holy Saturday at 20. This will also be the case in most Lublin churches. Priests remind you to bring candles with you.
Resurrection Sunday
W the cathedral Mass at 6, 8.30, 10, 13, 17 and 19. At At 11.30 the Mass will be celebrated by the Metropolitan of Lublin with the participation of the Archcathedral Chapter. At. 18 II Vespers of the Sunday of the Resurrection of the Lord ending the Paschal Triduum – Novena before the Feast of the Divine Mercy.
Solemn resurrection procession in the church at ul. Warszawska 31 is scheduled for 6. Resurrection Mass in the parish of st. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr combined, with the procession along Zbożowa Street, it will start at 6. It will be chaired by Fr. Bishop Joseph Wrobel.
Subsequent holy masses at 9.30, 11.00, 12.30 and 18.00. The sermon at the remaining masses will be delivered by Fr. Sylwester Brzozowski, vice-chancellor of the metropolitan curia.
Easter Monday
Masses in most churches will be celebrated as on Sundays. On that day, the tray will traditionally be donated to the needs of the Catholic University of Lublin.
