The Blénod Animation Loisirs association brought together its members at the Maison des associations on November 14, in the presence of Sylviane Gardella, assistant to associations, sport and festivities. Made up of 68 members, BAL is an association affiliated with the French Education League and the Federation of Secular Works and approved by Youth and Sport.
The numbers are being maintained. On the side of the section astro activities resumed at the end of September, every other week and has three new members.
During the previous season, the section couture organized an outing to Strasbourg to purchase fabrics.
The projects
As in previous years, the porcelain painting section consider bringing in a teacher to learn new gestures and new techniques. The section has two slots: Monday afternoon and Monday evening which brings together diligent young people with lots of ideas for creations which will be presented during the association’s exhibition.
For 2025, the sewing section is planning a new outlet for purchasing fabric. The astro section hopes to go to Chile and plans to go in two years to the astronomy fair in Paris.
This weekend, Saturday November 23 (from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and Sunday November 24 (from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.), the association is organizing its traditional exhibition and sale at the Pablo cultural center. Picasso. This meeting allows members of the association to present their creations, whether in glass paste, enamels, sewing or even painting. The opportunity for visitors to acquire unique works and why not, to find the ideal gift for the holidays.
Election of office
Like every year, a third of the members of the office are leaving. The outgoing people are: Anne-Marie Mangeot, Bernard Mangeot, Christian Boutte. These members were re-elected unanimously.
