London football club “Arsenal” will have to postpone the transfer of Ukrainian midfielder Shakhtar Donetsk Mikhail Mudrik.
The fact is that the leader and main striker of the team, Gabriel Jesus, was out for several months after an injury and knee surgery. Jesus it got damaged in the 2022 FIFA World Cup group stage 3rd round match for Brazil against Cameroon.
Now it is not known how long the Brazilian will not be able to help the Gunners.
Arsenal have only one centre-forward who can replace Jesus: Eddie Nketia. But he’s not a world-class player, and to keep fighting for the title, the Londoners are planning to sign a striker in the winter transfer window.
For that reason, the Gunners will have to shelve the idea signature of Mikhail Mudrik.
