Blacksmith, a Spanish talent scout boutique, has incorporated the Advisory Board into its team, within the relaunch phase of the company that began with the rebrand a month ago.
The Advisory Board brings to Blacksmith both an representativeness and strategic vision, as a wide experience and a higher degree of sectoral specialization.
The objective of this new body is twofold: to consolidate customer trust and provide a solid sector background. Both milestones will serve to reinforce Blacksmith’s value proposition among its clients.
Alberto Herrero, CEO of Blacksmith, comments that “without a doubt, having an Advisory Council with this level of experience and quality is a key and differential asset to consolidate a differentiating, agile, flexible and in-depth service model that meets the needs of each company and its leaders under the highest criteria of rigor and excellence ”.
