The latest gaming smartphones from the Chinese brand feature magnetic pop-up triggers and support up to 120 watts of fast charging with the included brick† The regular Black Shark 5 has a suggested retail price from 549 euros, while the Pro model starts at 799 euros.
The Black Shark 5 and 5 Pro are broadly similar in design and main features. For example, both gaming smartphones have magnetic, mechanical pop-up triggers that can come out of the side of the device. The main differences can be found under the hood. The regular variant is powered by a Snapdragon 870 CPU with Adreno 650 GPU. The Pro version gets a newer Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with Adreno 730. The camera modules and available configurations also differ slightly.
