Black Ops Cold War Review- Buy, Budget, or Demolish?

You are not paying attention and we have already come to the fifth part in the Black Ops series: Black Ops Cold War. After the singleplayer review and JJ’s impression of the multiplayer, there is now also a review of the almost complete product. Almost, because the ‘renewed’ Warzone mode will only go online in December. Skate and JJ broke the single player, the multiplayer and the zombies mode. How did they find the end product? Find out in the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Review.

Treyarch had to start a year earlier than intended

For years we were used to Treyarch and Infinity Ward alternating with annual releases. This changed in 2014 when it was announced that Sledgehammer Games had made its first official Call of Duty game. It was time for a change. Every studio would now have three years to make its game. That was a year more than Treyarch and Infinity Ward were used to. Sledgehammer Games has also made WWII since Advanced Warfare, and they were originally scheduled to release a game this year. But management decided otherwise. In May 2019, it was announced that Sledgehammer had been withdrawn from the 2020 COD game and that Treyarch would take charge of the 2020 edition. This has meant that the studio has had a year less time than it was originally supposed to have. Do JJ and Skate notice that? Do they feel a rush, or is it more than easy?

Back to the Cold War

With Black Ops Cold War, the Call of Duty franchise takes a trip into the past. This part takes place after the previous two Black Ops games. Games that both took place in the future. Black Ops Cold War takes place, and the name already gives it away, in the Cold War. Does this setting offer enough for JJ and Skate to add the game to their list of top Call of Duty games? They tell you in the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Premium Review.
