Mr. Romain TOÏ was my Dean in the press: First my editor-in-chief at the Pan-African Journal “Continental Africa on the Move” for 17 years and then my Publishing Director of the Journal » the other day » from the same News Agency, « Continental Communication » for more than ten years.
Since the sad, unexpected news was announced, I have lost my language… I don’t know what to say or what to write…
I will probably return for a well-deserved compliment.
