MADRID – It will not have escaped your notice, Friday 25 November is Black Friday, a day (indeed 48 hours) of great discounts. And that day the discount also reached the real estate sector in Spain. According to the largest Spanish real estate portal, Idealist there are more than 600,000 properties in Spain that are offered with discounts of up to 50%.
Of course, buying a house is not the same as buying a new smartphone, jacket or new shoes. The investment is obviously much higher and you have to think about it carefully. But let’s say you’ve had your eye on that property for months, chances are it could be up to 50% cheaper on Black Friday (and the days before and after).
At the portal of the house Idealist millions of real estate properties are for sale and according to them there are more than 600,000 homes that are now being offered at significant discounts of up to 50%. There are houses of 3.8 million that are now on sale for 3.3 million euros, but also houses that have been reduced in price from 120,000 to 60,000 euros.
