New Delhi: BJP alleges that Rahul Gandhi gave a flying kiss while leaving the House after the speech during the emergency resolution debate on Manipur issue. The allegation was made in the House by Smriti Irani who spoke after Rahul. ‘The person who spoke before me behaved badly. Only a misogynistic man can give a flying kiss to sitting female members of parliament. This kind of disrespectful behavior has never been seen before in the Parliament’, said Smriti Irani.
