The Indianapolis Colts have announced the next steps in their international expansion to Germany and Austria. German ex-NFL player Björn Werner will take on the role of official Colts ambassador in Germany and Austria.
In his role as Colts ambassador, Werner will represent the “Colts” brand in these countries at public appearances and establish authentic contacts with new and existing fans. He also acts as an advisor for the team’s general business and marketing strategy. The team also hired its first “Director of International” in Ben Guerrero to coordinate the Colts’ international expansion.
