Weiss regularly reiterates at press conferences that it is and will be strict with players. They represent the club not only by performances on the field, but hair coloring today and especially in the football world can hardly be perceived as a show of disrespect for the brand and the interests of the club. He is not the star of the league or the club. The trainer may evaluate hair discoloration as an inappropriate whim. He has the right not to identify with this and to communicate with the player. But for this to be enough to exclude them from nominations for matches?
