Axa Kranken has to accept a legal setback. In a dispute about premium adjustments, the Berlin Regional Court came to the conclusion that these were ineffective from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 and the plaintiff was not obliged to pay the increase contribution (judgment of April 21, 2022, Az. 4 O 138/ 21, not yet legally binding). The insurer is under pressure.
