Bioware takes a lot of time to convert

As early as February, the developers at Bioware stated that they were completely redesigning the online shooter Anthem work. Now there is a status update, which should please the fans less.

Anthem started in February 2019, but was not successful. Among other things, the loot system did not convince the players. Therefore, the game should now be revised. A kind arises Anthem 2.0.

Anthem takes time

Like Christian Dailey from Organic goods now explained, this is a long-term process. The team also only consists of around 30 employees and they are back on the drawing board with the concept of the game. Prototypes are currently being developed to find the right concept for the new one Anthem to find. And that takes time. So we cannot count on Anthem “Next” to be able to play in the near future. Christian Daily explains:

“It’s a longer process. And yes, the team is small, but the whole point is that we take the time to get back on the drawing board. And a small team gives us the agility that a larger team can’t can afford.”

The team wants to be more transparent in the future and give the fans more insight into the development of the new one Anthem grant. Christian Daily explains that this can also be an ugly process, because not everything runs smoothly when developing a game. Some things drag on, others look good, but are then rejected.

When we can count on the new Anthem is currently unclear.
