PROPERTIES
FURNITURE OIL is a special cooking of a blend of natural oils, resins, beeswaxes and carnauba wax. It is suitable for all wooden surfaces in the field of furniture or interior wood fittings. The colorless oil penetrates well into the wood, highlights the structure and grain of the wood, gives the support water-repellent, resistant and antistatic protection; Complies with DIN 53160 (saliva and perspiration).
COMPOSITION
Linseed oil, wood oil, cooking castor oil and rosin resin, soybean oil, beeswax, microwax, zinc oxide, Carnauba wax, mattifying agent, water repellent, antifoaming agent, cobalt polymer driers, calcium and manganese driers, antioxidants.
IMPLEMENTATION
Preparation of the support
The surface must be dry (maximum humidity 12%), clean, free of dirt and old paint. Final sanding with 180-240 grit recommended.
First layer
Well, remove the skin if necessary and stir well before use. Apply thinly with a brush, lint-free cloth or spray gun. After 30 to 50 minutes polish with a pad or cloth.
Top coat
A second application after 6 to 12 hours increases the surface finish quality.
Cleaning tools
Immediately after use with BRUSH CLEANER (solvent-free) or THINNER.
Surface maintenance
If necessary, put a little FURNITURE OIL on a lint-free cloth and apply thinly and evenly. Polish the surface until dry.
Important: Carry out a preliminary test. Be sure to ventilate and ventilate the premises well! Do not apply at temperatures below 16°C!
DRYING
Dry and recoatable after 6 to 12 hours (20°C / 50-55% humidity). Dry to the core and optimal resistance after 7 to 10 days.
CONSUMPTION/YIELD PER LAYER
20 to 30 ml/m² (35 to 50 m²/liter). These data are strongly dependent on the absorption of the support.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place with tightly closed packaging. The formation of a skin is possible, to be eliminated before reuse. Possibly sift!

150 ml, 1 litre
RECYCLING
Liquid residues and unemptied containers must be recycled in recycling centers according to local or national regulations in force. Soaked materials can be disposed of in household waste after drying. Only recycle empty and cleaned packaging.

Allow soaked cloths to dry on non-flammable surfaces or soak them in water before allowing them to air dry (risk of self-ignition). The product itself is not self-flammable. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. If applying with a spray gun, ensure appropriate extraction and wear a suitable respiratory mask. Be sure to protect the skin appropriately! Wear a mask when sanding! Avoid release into the environment. A characteristic odor may emanate due to the use of natural raw materials.
