The victim of the fraudulent investment case of the Binomo application feel relieved after Kabareskrim Komjen Agus Andrianto ordered that the report crazy rich from Medan, Indra Kenz, was taken to the Criminal Investigation Department. Indra’s report on the Binomo victim on behalf of Maru Nazara regarding the alleged defamation was registered with the Polda Metro Jaya.
“The victim contacted me, they were very happy and relieved because Indra Kenz’s report was handled objectively by the Police, especially since the Criminal Investigation Unit ordered to be withdrawn from the Criminal Investigation Unit,” said the victim’s attorney. BinomialFinsensius Menndrofa, told reporters, Friday (11/2/2022).
Finsensius said his client really appreciated the steps taken by the Criminal Investigation Department. He said the victims of Binomo also hoped that Indra Kenz’s report would be stopped soon.
“The victim of Binomo hopes that Indra Kenz’s police report will be stopped immediately,” he said.
It is known, Indra Kenz reported the victim of Binomo Maru Nazara to the Polda Metro Jaya regarding the alleged defamation. Kabareskrim Komjen Agus Andrianto ordered Indra’s report against Maru be withdrawn to the Criminal Investigation Department.
“I directed the Dirtipideksus to withdraw the handling to the Criminal Investigation Department,” Agus said when asked for confirmation, Friday (11/2).
The report on the alleged defamation was made by Indra Kenz at Polda Metro Jaya on Monday (7/2). Indra Kenz’s report is registered in the police report numbered LP/B/660/II/2022/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya.
Indra Kenz reported Maru Nazara related to Article 27 paragraph (3) juncto Article 45 paragraph (3) of RI Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to RI Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and/or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and Article 311 of the Criminal Code.
