Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Crypto prices crash following bad news from Binance. On Saturday trading (15/7/2023), the majority of the main crypto prices turned more than 3%.

Launching data from Coin Market Cap at 09:37 WIB, the price of Bitcoin fell 3.45% in a day to a price level of US $ 30,324.99 / coin or equivalent to IDR 453.51 million / coin. The exchange rate assumption used is the position of the rupiah at the close of trading last Friday where US$ 1 Rp. 14,955/US$).

Equally bad performance was also shown by Ethereum, whose price fell 3.9% to US$ 1,931.17/coin or IDR 28.88 million/coin.
Meanwhile, BNB fell 4.1% to US$ 248.7 or IDR 3.72 million/coin and XRP fell 7.43% to US$ 0.71% or IDR 10.618/coin.

The rise of Bitcoin and friends is also supported by Ripple Labs’ important legal victory. The judge’s ruling has reduced regulatory uncertainty.

The cryptocurrency market operates on a network of interconnected assets. As such, positive news for one cryptocurrency, especially one as important as Ripple’s XRP, can spur investor sentiment and drive up the price across the market, which also benefits Bitcoin.

The ruling could also stimulate the re-listing of cryptocurrencies such as XRP on major exchanges, thereby increasing overall activity in the cryptocurrency market and potentially influencing the price of Bitcoin.
