TEMPO.CO, Bogor -Guardian Bogor city Bima Arya Sugianto appealed to residents who want to enter and exit Bogor City to report to RW Siaga. According to him, this will facilitate tracking and mitigating infection or transmission of Covid-19.
“All citizens who have a Bogor ID card must report,” Bima said at the Corona Virus Pandemic Handling event held by ABC Indonesia, virtually Friday, August 21 2020.
Bima asked residents of the city of Bogor who had just returned home and felt that they had symptoms to immediately report and carry out a free swab test.
“It’s free,” said Bima Arya. And for residents without symptoms, he still asked to isolate himself.

“We identified nearly 90 percent of positive people without symptoms,” said Bima regarding the increase in positive Covid-19 in Bogor City from the family cluster.
In addition, according to him, Bogor City plans to approach World Health Organization standards with the number of mass swab tests of 1% per 1 million population. “Our target is at least 11,000 and now it is almost accomplished. Hopefully in two weeks we can arrive, ”said Bima Arya hopefully
Previously, he had created a Covid Detective or Active Detection team that was tasked with tracking and monitoring the network transmission of Covid-19.
He said that every time a positive person is found, the Health Office will immediately coordinate with the tracking unit of the Detective Team.
Bima Arya even hooked up Bogor Agricultural University academics to improve the interview technique.
“We are collaborating with IPB friends for the Interview Technique, we must interview as much (information) as possible. Within 2×24 hours we must get a history of meeting positive people with Covid-19, “he said Bima Arya confirms.
