KPK held a hand arrest operation (OTT) against Bogor Regent Ade Yasin. Bogor Mayor Bima Arya was shocked to hear the news.
“I was very surprised. How come it happened again, in the Bogor area too,” said Bima when asked for a response, Wednesday (27/4/2022).
Bima then held a meeting with his staff. During the meeting, he reminded them to be consistent with the system that had been built.
“Earlier we gathered with the Regional Secretary and Heads of Service, I conveyed that we must remind each other and be truly consistent with the system and culture that we have built together,” he explained.
Bogor Regent Allegedly Bribery BPK Examiner
Previously reported, the KPK carried out OTT to Bogor Regent Ade Yasin. He is suspected of taking bribes from one party to then give bribes to the other party.
One reliable source detik.com at the KPK stated that Ade Yasin was suspected of receiving money from several partners who carried out the work of regional work units (SKPD). The amount of money is still being calculated by the KPK.
“Allegations of receiving from several partners who carry out the work and heads of SKPD within the Bogor Regency Government,” said the source to detik.comWednesday (27/4).
“And then the receipt is given to the BPK examiner/representative civil servants to condition the results of the 2021 Regency Government LKPD audit,” continued the source.
The KPK is known to have also secured several parties from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) representing West Java (Jabar). There are a total of 12 people, including Ade Yasin, who was detained by the KPK.
“Until now, the KPK has secured 12 people, including the Bogor Regent, several officials and ASN of the Bogor Regency Government as well as several parties from the West Java BPK Representative,” said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri to reporters.
