ORCHARD PARK, NY – Buffalo Bills Safety Micah Hyde’s season ended with a neck injury, his agent announced Saturday.

Jack Bechta said in a post on his official Twitter account that he expects Hyde to make a full recovery by the start of the next campaign.

Hyde had already been barred from Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins. He was taken off the pitch in the second half of the Bills’ landslide 41-7 win over the Tennessee Titans on Monday night.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Tuesday the Bills sent Hyde to the hospital for further testing.

The injury is a major blow to the Bills, who are 2-0.

Hyde and Jordan Poyer have been one of the best running back pairs in the NFL since joining the team in 2017. The two ended up leading their team with five interceptions apiece last season.
