Elon Musk has provided the list of shareholders of X Holding Corp that helped the billionaire to buy Twitter. These are Piotr Aven and Vadim Moshkovich, which according to X users explains Musk’s love of Russia and the introduction of filters that remove anti-Russian posts. Pyotr Aven is a Russian billionaire, the founder of “Alfa Group”, one of Putin’s supporters. It is mostly controlled by the Kremlin. In 2018, together with his colleague, Friedman went to Washington to lobby on behalf of the Russian government for the lifting of international sanctions against Russia. Aven is one of Putin’s oldest friends. If not for Piotr’s intervention, Putin would be in prison and Aven would be president. Aven covered for Putin in 1992 when he organized an illegal trade in export licenses. With remarkable speed, Piotr, when he was the Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, established Putin’s right to foreign trade activities and thus saved him from prison. Aven is also at the meeting with Putin on February 24, 2022, when Russia invaded Ukraine. He does not express any protest from the beginning of what is called a special military operation with the support of Putin. Together with Friedman, he is trying to remove the sanctions against himself, but so far he has only received a refusal. Vadim Moshkovich is a licensed Russian agricultural billionaire, a member of the Federation Council of the Federal Council of the Russian Federation. In other words, he is officially part of Putin’s inner circle. Moshkovich owns the largest holding in Russia “Rusagro”. And he is among those present at the meeting with Putin on February 24, 2022, and, like Aven, he does not regret the attack on Ukraine. He participated in the purchase of “Twitter” by “8VC Opportunities Fund II, LP”, where his son Jack (Evgeny) works. Al-Walid ibn Talal Al Saud is also an interesting person, who both personally and through his company Kingdom Holding Company, appears on the list of shareholders. This man also has an investment business in Russia and supports Hamas in the war against Israel. In his Russian investments, he regularly cooperates with “Rosneft”, “Lukoil” and “Gazprom”.

X users said, knowing these circumstances, how could there be a debate about Musk’s involvement. Everyone was wondering how Twitter’s stock was falling, advertisers were breaking contracts, and no one was doing anything. And this is a direct loss for investors. But he did not take into account the fact that investors do not care about profit, they need the platform to spread their statements, for example: supporting Putin and Russia, lobbying until the war by freezing Ukraine, taking the Ukrainian agenda off the mainstream news, the “direct action” of “Hamas”, etc.
