It came after the Liberal leader left Today’s business and criticized the government for cutting military funding to Ukraine.
Andresen says Thursday to the newspaper that Erna Solberg (H) is still the clear candidate on the bourgeois side.

– If it wasn’t her, then it’s not obvious who it would have been, so that’s why I mentioned Guri Melby in this context, says Andresen.
He mentions, among other things, Venstre’s Ukraine support, social entrepreneurship, drug reform and an understanding of what is needed in terms of framework conditions for value creation in the private sector as examples of some of the things he likes about the party.
– I’m not going to try to pretend that I don’t appreciate Andresen’s praise of Venstre. It’s nice to see that socially engaged people in business are paying attention to our policy, says Melby.
