The judge has ruled that the 53-year-old man must stay away from the singer and her family and he is also not allowed to contact her via social media.
According to the American singer, the man left a voicemail in which he declared his love for her. He also threatened to kill her brother. Eilish, 21, also said that the man has been spotted at her home and her family’s home before.
Eilish has often suffered from stalking fans. For example, a pushy fan was given a restraining order in February after he tried to break into the singer’s parents’ house.
