As part of a family of actors with roles in some of Sweden’s biggest film productions ever, as well as several international ones, has Bill Skarsgård been in the limelight since childhood. Over the years, his roles have become bigger and more recently, he has made a name for himself as the clown Pennywise in horror movies IT as well as Clark Olofsson in the semi-true story of the bank robber’s life.
On Thursday, February 15, Swedish media began to report that an actor had been convicted of one drug crime which must have occurred at Arlanda Airport in the fall of 2023. TMZ has now come out with the information that Skarsgård is the actor in question and that he was caught with 2.43 grams of cannabis at the airport, which resulted in a fine of SEK 40,000.
Bill Skarsgård has not commented on the verdict at the time of writing.
