Fans are shocked when they see the picture. Is he injured? Is he OK?
The reason for the bloody face is anything but cruel and, in fact, quite harmless. There was no injury and the musician is still in good health.
It is simply fake blood!

The 34-year-old singer of Tokio Hotel is on a film set. In a story on his Instagram-Profile he says from a trailer: “Good morning from my trailer. Today is the last day of filming and I can tell you this much: I’m going to be murdered.”
Shortly afterwards, he gives a little update, still with blood on his face: “Okay, guys. I’ve been murdered. That’s it.”
The musician has already mentioned several times in his podcast “Kaulitz Hills – Mustard from Hollywood“that he would like to act and appear in a film. In July, he announced that he had been given a role in a horror film. He could not and was not allowed to reveal which film it was.
