Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Bill Gates says people with high IQs should work for companies in climate-friendly fields, and not just flock to work on Wall Street.
He himself has invested heavily in environmentally friendly fields, partly to attract employees with high IQs, who are usually more likely to seek high-paying jobs in fields such as banking and investment.
Gates through Breakthrough Energy has had many billionaire investors. Apart from him, there are other big names – Jeff Bezos, Ray Dalio and Michael Bloomberg – but Gates says that the fund’s success relies heavily on young people with big ideas and high IQs. “As well as [orang yang] want to do something that doesn’t just maximize their income,” he said.

In April, Matthew Killingsworth, a senior psychology fellow at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, told CNBC Make It that there is indeed a correlation between a high salary and feelings of personal satisfaction — particularly for people who prioritize money over other life goals. .
And in May, a global Deloitte survey found that 26% of millennials choose to work at their current company so they can feel the meaning of their work.
