JAKARTA – Co-founder Microsoft, Bill Gates, predicts that in the future the habits in today’s world of work will change drastically, the cause is the presence of Metaverse.
Quoted from GatesNotes, Sunday (16/1/2022), Gates said that this year will be the beginning, while in the future humans will work through the world of Metaverse.
According to him, human life will depend even further on the digital world. Therefore, the presence of Metaverse can change habits in the world of work.

“In the future, companies will be more flexible for their employees to work remotely. No longer work from the office,” he said.
Gates explained, in the Metaverse world, users can do many things from work to socializing. Activities in Metaverse will be carried out in 3D using digital avatars.
“Users must wear a headset and virtual reality glasses to be able to do this. Currently, Microsoft is trying to add a 3D avatar,” he said.
However, he emphasized that it takes time to perfect the world of Metaverse, especially in maximizing expressions, bodies, and voices accurately.
He believes that it will not be long until Metaverse will be used as a new way of life, especially in the world of work.
