Bill Gates was attracted to milk tea served by a chai seller from India which recently went viral on social media. He also tried it when he visited India.
The chai seller served milk tea in a very unique way. The most famous scene that he often shows is when pouring milk, he performs an act by raising the container while pouring the milk into the tea bowl as high as possible.
His eccentric style caught the attention of Bill Gates. Via his Instagram account, @thisisbillgates, the Microsoft founder posted a video showing him making a glass of chai.
“In India, you can find innovation everywhere, even in preparing a simple cup of tea!” said Bill, quoted from his Instagram.
The chai seller proudly showed off a video of him serving Bill Gates on his Instagram account @dollychaiwala. He even changed his Instagram profile photo with Bill Gates after that.
Dolly the seller actually comes from the city of Nagpur. However, because most netizens are more familiar with Prindavan to refer to all things Indian, Dolly is better known as the Prindavan tea seller.
