Bill Cosby faces five new sexual assault allegations #me too

Bill Cosby has five new rape charges against him, reports tmz extension Tuesday. The former actor has long been involved in multiple sexual assault lawsuits. Cosby denies the new allegations.

It’s about women Lili Bernard, Eden Tirl, Jewel Gittens, Jennifer Thompson and Cindra Ladd. Some of them participated in the production of The Cosby Show.

According to the women, Cosby was posing as their mentor when the alleged abuse took place. They say the now 80-year-old comedian was able to take advantage of them because they were young and vulnerable.

Bernard, who played Mrs. Minifield in one episode of the show, says Cosby drugged and abused her several times. She also once allegedly pressed a pillow to her face. When she wanted to press charges, Cosby would threaten her. After that, Bernard no longer dared.

Cosby has been accused of sexual assault by dozens of women over the past few years. He himself denies the allegations. In 2018 he was sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment, but was released last year because the prosecutor’s office had violated an agreement. That deal involved Cosby’s immunity and was negotiated with a prosecutor.
