• Provide customized legal advice to an exclusive clientele
• Working as a legal advisor or in contentious matters to develop solutions in complex legal cases
• Drafting contracts, writing legal documents, legal opinions and drafting legal letters
• Representing the clients of the law firm in court in various cantons of Switzerland

your competence

• You have an international profile
• You have successfully completed your legal studies at a Swiss university and are licensed to practice law in Switzerland
• You can demonstrate solid professional experience as a lawyer in a law firm, with a special interest in international business law, commercial law and corporate law and in the settlement of wealthy foreigners in Switzerland
• You fully identify with the fundamental values ​​of the law firm (internationality, independence, quality and services tailored to the case)
• You are bilingual French/German and have a very good command of English
