Bilawal opposed PIA, steel mills privatization

He said that we demand from the federal government that the salaries of the employees should be increased keeping in mind the inflation.
Talking about other institutions including Pakistan International Airline (PIA), he said that Pakistan People’s Party’s position was, is and will remain that we understand that the plans of public-private partnership in Sindh. They have been successful, they have been active and we have made them successful.
He said that we demand from the federal government that if they are thinking about privatization of PIA, it is better to do public private partnership, they must sell some of their shares and private. Arrange the development of this institution along with the sector, it will benefit Pakistan, its economy.
Bilawal Bhutto said that if the federal government does not want steel mills, the Sindh government will buy them, we will run them better than them under public-private partnership and take care of the laborers there.
