Bikers face hundreds of thousands of fines for entering the forest. So where can they legally ride?

Even after agreement with the owner, the biker is not dry

As we mentioned in the introduction to the article, riding a motorcycle or quad bike is prohibited in the woods or on dirt roads from the point of view of legislation. Even the owners of forested lands themselves cannot do whatever they want. According to the law, they have to follow several rules regarding disturbance and may only drive into the forest with motor vehicles if it is an economic activity, administration or logging. So even if the enduro driver gets a permit from the landowner himself, it does not mean that he is allowed into the forest and that the hand of the law does not reach him. Despite this, it is still a more acceptable option than to drive through forests and meadows without any permission.

If the driver of an enduro or “rafters” does not take the law into account and indulges in driving in nature anyway, he must reckon with the fact that he faces high penalties for his actions. According to the Forest Act, he may receive a fine of only five thousand crowns, but the amendment to the law approved by the court says that the culprit may be fined up to 100 thousand for entering the forest.
