After a one-year hiatus linked to the pandemic, BIG3 resumes this summer, and the season will run from July 10 to September 4, the day of the final. Everything will take place at two venues, the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas and the Xavier University Hall, and tonight, the kickoff was given with the traditional Draft, or rather SuperDraft.
In number 1, the Enemies chose Isaiah Austin, former glory of Baylor, unfortunately affected by Marfan syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that can lead to serious heart problems. Honorarily drafted by the NBA in 2014, he has since started a professional career, and we will see him this summer alongside another former Baylor player, Perry Jones III, but also Nick Young.
This season again, we will find old names in the NBA, and the most prestigious of them is none other than Metta World Peace (or Metta Sandiford-Artest), selected in 9th position by the Trilogy, the team of Jarrett Jack and Amir Johnson, with Stephen Jackson as coach. It promises …
