Two luxury yachts burned tonight in the marina of Porto Karas, on the second arm of the Halkidiki peninsula, Sithonia, mediamall.info reported.

Here is what else is written in the Greek media:
The incident with the fire of a luxury yacht in the marina of Porto Karas, whose owners are Bulgarians, has caused considerable interest, as the value of the vessel is estimated at 20 million euros. The fire service has launched a large-scale investigation, which is also looking into the possibility of arson.
More information is awaited as the investigation progresses, with authorities taking a very careful approach to gathering evidence to determine the cause of the fire.
According to sources mediamall.info, located at the scene, the causes of the accident were the unextinguished underwater lights of the Bulgarian boat, as well as air conditioners, which most likely led to a short circuit and a fire on the yacht. Subsequently, the neighboring boat also caught fire, and then the two burning boats were taken out to sea and extinguished by a fire boat.
As a result of the incident, two more luxury boats moored in the marina suffered damage, but they were only partially affected by the fire.
