Whether via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram: Every day all kinds of emojis are sent that bring color, feelings and life into our chats. Facebook is now going one step further and, on the occasion of World Emoji Day on July 17th, is introducing the so-called Soundmojis a.
The sound mojis are short sound clips that can be sent in the messenger chat, like the company announced on Thursday. The options range from drum roll and clapping to a bad laugh, each sound is sent as an emoji at the same time and should provide an amusing moment. A whole Soundmoji library will be introduced from which users can choose and which will be regularly updated with new sound effects.
