US President Joe Biden said that Ukraine will receive large-scale military assistance from allied countries. He reported this on briefing following the NATO summit on 30 June.

According to him, more than 50 countries have promised to provide military assistance to Ukraine, which is a “global effort in support of Ukraine.”
According to him, Ukraine will receive from the Allies 140,000 anti-tank systems, 600 tanks, about 500 artillery systems and 60,000 shells for them, multiple launch rocket systems, anti-ship systems and air defense systems.
Separately, he noted that Ukraine will receive additional HIMARS missile systems from the allies. Biden did not name the exact timing of the supply of the mentioned weapons.
Recall, adviser to the head of the President’s Office Mykhailo Podolyak stated that Ukraine needs 1000 howitzers, 300 MLRS to win the war, 500 tanks, 200 armored vehicles and 1000 UAVs. The Ministry of Defense also stated that Ukraine needs 100 MLRS Western-style in order to launch a counteroffensive and liberate the territories occupied by Russia.
