US President Joe Biden, who is touring Asia, will meet Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday in a “stronger” position, as Democrats are expected to maintain a majority in Senate elections in the midterm elections. Biden’s first face-to-face meeting with the US-China summit after taking office is scheduled for June 14.
“I know Xi Jinping and he knows me. There is a little misunderstanding between us. We just need to find out what the red line is,” Biden said.
