US President Joe Biden will make a new statement on the situation around Russia and Ukraine.
His speech was announced by the White House.
It is noted that Biden will deliver a speech in Washington on the morning of Thursday, April 21 (4:45 p.m. Kyiv time).
“The President will provide an update on Russia and Ukraine,” the White House said.
On the eve of the press secretary of the President of the United States, Jen Psaki, said that Biden ‘with sadness or with fear’ perceives terrible photos from Ukrainefor the people of Ukraine, for families, “for children, for innocent civilians who are at risk.”
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that relations with the West on the supply of weapons to Ukraine have warmed:
“Regarding armaments. I think that things have really warmed up, I think that such a term can be used, arms relations with the West. They have become more clear regarding the timing of the supply of this or that weapon. And I am grateful for that.”
