US President Joe Biden is 4% ahead of former US leader Donald Trump in a new poll ahead of the US elections.
How indicated in a Reuters/Ipsos poll on April 9, about 41% of registered voters during the five-day vote said they would vote for Biden if the election were held today. 37% of respondents are ready to support Trump.
It is noted that approximately 22% of registered voters in the survey indicated that they had not yet chosen a candidate. They leaned toward third-party options or may not vote at all.
The Reuters/Ipsos poll included responses from 833 registered voters who were surveyed online across the country and has a margin of error of about 4%.

As UNIAN reported, Trump is the main Republican presidential candidate.
He recently challenged Biden to a debate. The Republican leader’s desire for public dialogue comes hours after his last GOP challenger, Nikki Haley, dropped out of the race.
In early March, Biden was losing to Trump in all key states. A significant portion of respondents were concerned about incumbent leader Biden’s age. At the same time, the same respondents consider ex-President Trump “dangerous.”
